On a hot Summer Friday afternoon, in the heat of Malta’s glorious Summer, treat your most valuable asset – your staff and colleagues, to a day off at a great location with delicious food, drinks and freshly prepared cocktails, the right music, fun games and entertainment for all.
The CCM team can arrange everything from a stage to a DJ with a PA system, various menus, beach games and activities, team-building tasks and installations, extreme sports activities, performers and everything else under the sun. The sky’s the limit and all-weather options are available.
What can we include
Activities with prizes – from simulated Sumo wrestling, workshops, beach volley, location-specific competitions, etc., these all add up to make your Summer event enjoyable and complete, save a few pleasant surprises.
‘Food concept stations’ – providing ‘easy food’ for people to browse and try such as sushi bars, premium quality local and/or international delicacies, themed food ideas, salad bars and live demonstrations and food cuisine workshops.
Food – whether you fancy a BBQ, canapés or a hog roast we can arrange your preferred choice.
Entertainment – there are endless entertainment options; such as performers, DJ’s artists, magicians, Flyboarding, paragliding, flying on small jets, safari jeep tours, treasure hunts, canoeing, diving, snorkelling, etc. Simply brief us on what sort of activities you would like to include and we can advise on the best possible options.
How it works
On discussing a brief with you, we will provide you with a specific proposal within your specified budget in a couple of days outlining clearly everything that is included.
Once the event’s fundamentals have been agreed upon, we will arrange a site visit with you and propose a layout and itinerary.
On confirmation of the event, the actual organisation of the event commences bookings and suppliers/service providers and finalise any required theming/props.
In the meantime, we send you an event pack which will include the relevant insurance documents, risk assessments, and a detailed itinerary (including catering menus, maps, etc.)

Event production is what we do best.
We successfully deliver several events throughout the year such as Awards’ Ceremonies or Company Celebrations with diverse themes ranging from the official (or formal) to the fantastical or theatric. We can supply a wide range of venues, props, lighting, music and backdrops to create the right atmosphere that best suits the client’s needs.
Be it an award ceremony, anniversary or incentive, we pride ourselves in delivering inventive and inspired themes making use of props, music, activities and selected cuisine related to any chosen theme.
Current popular themes include Hawaiian, Venetian, Hollywood, Mexican, Casino Royale and Live & Let Die.
A fully themed area/room including table centres, draping, props, lighting SFX and chill out area. AV equipment will be included if required.
What Happens Next?
Once an event has been agreed upon, we will arrange a site visit with you and propose a layout and itinerary.
Once the deposit is received we will book any suppliers and start work on any props required – during this time you can start collating guest numbers.
We will send you an event pack including the insurance documents, risk assessments, and a full event and activity itinerary.
We will provide you with an event website which includes maps, catering details, itinerary and parking information. This can be expanded upon if needed – please ask for details.
All you need to do then is arrive and enjoy your event!

There seems to be a festival for everyone these days; from families to faeries, fancy dress fans to bog snorkelers, rockers to cheese rollers, nobody is left out.
We like to think that companies should be included too, and we have some great ideas for a Summer Company Festival which provides quality food and entertainment without punching a big a dent in the company budget – you would be amazed at what we can achieve!
